This payment form is only for students who did not place a regalia order through the Tassel website by the published deadline and were subsequently provided Master’s-level regalia by the Registrar’s Office.

Do not complete this form unless you have been specifically directed to do so by Anna Merritt or the Registrar’s Office. This is not the standard regalia ordering process and should not be used by students who ordered regalia through Tassel.
